In 30 minutes we'll:

  • Identify what's behind, incomplete, or inaccurate

  • Help you understand what a full cleanup would realistically involve

  • Walk you through your options for what comes next

You'll leave the call knowing exactly what you're dealing with — and you'll receive a written Bookkeeping Catch-Up Roadmap within 2 business days after we talk.

YOUR BOOKKEEPING CATCH-UP ROADMAP

After your Clarity Call, we'll put together a written roadmap specific to your books. It outlines:

  • What a cleanup of your records would include

  • A realistic scope and timeline based on what we reviewed together

  • The options available to you — whether that's self-correcting, a one-time cleanup, or a cleanup paired with ongoing monthly bookkeeping

The roadmap is yours to keep, whether or not you move forward with us.

WHEN YOU'RE READY TO MOVE FORWARD

After your Clarity Call, there are three paths forward depending on your situation:

  • Self-correction — We give you the roadmap and you handle it yourself or with your existing team.

  • One-time cleanup — We clean up your books from start to finish and hand them back to you in order.

  • Cleanup + monthly bookkeeping — We clean up your books and stay on to keep them clean going forward.*

*If your cleanup covers 6 or more months of records and you choose to continue with monthly bookkeeping after we're done, your first month of ongoing bookkeeping is on us.

WHAT THIS CALL DOES NOT INCLUDE

We want to be upfront so there are no surprises:

  • This is a planning session, not a bookkeeping session. We will not be reconciling accounts, categorizing transactions, or making corrections to your books during the call.

  • This is not tax preparation and does not include tax advice.

  • The call does not produce a guaranteed quote. The roadmap we send afterward will outline scope and options; If we send a proposal, it is based on the information you have provided. If the information you have provided is incomplete, adjustments may need to be made.

We believe in being straight with people about what they're getting. This call is about clarity — and that's worth a lot.

A Note on Availability

We manage bookkeeping cleanup as a project-based service, which means we take on a limited number of new cleanups each month. Spots are filled in the order clients complete their Clarity Calls.

December through April tend to fill the fastest. Tax season creates a rush, and we want to be honest with you: if you're thinking about getting started, fall is the most practical time to do it. Waiting until January means waiting in line.
